By using koora.games (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Koora Games offers daily football puzzles, simulators, and trivia, free to play, with no account required. We may change, add, or remove games at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy our content for redistribution.
• Disrupt the Service through automated traffic, abuse of the API, or attempts to defeat our rate limits or security controls.
• Reverse-engineer the daily picker to reveal future answers.
• Submit content (in multiplayer rooms or via contact email) that is illegal, threatening, or infringes third-party rights.

3. Intellectual property

The site's code (server, client) is released under the MIT licence; see the project repository.

The site's data draws from public sources, each under its own licence — primarily Wikidata (CC0), Wikipedia (CC-BY-SA), and openfootball (CC0). Player photos remain the copyright of their respective image owners and are linked from their original CDN.

Trademarks (club crests, league logos, "Botola", "FIFA World Cup") are the property of their respective owners; we use them under nominative fair use to describe matches and players, not to claim affiliation.

4. Affiliate links and advertising

The Service may display advertising and affiliate banners, including from sportsbooks where regionally applicable. We may receive a referral fee when you sign up with a partner through our links. Sportsbook partners operate under their own terms and licences. Gamble responsibly; if betting causes you problems, contact your local helpline.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we try hard to be accurate, daily puzzle answers occasionally have errors — let us know and we'll fix them.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koora Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may block or rate-limit visitors who abuse the Service. We may also discontinue the Service entirely. We are not liable for lost game state or streaks resulting from such termination.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
